ADHD Coaching for Adults
Supporting You to Understand, Adapt, and Thrive
I am currently training as a Neurodiversity and ADHD Coach, working towards a recognised Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring for Neurodiversity. As a trainee, I am offering coaching sessions exclusively for adults, grounded in inclusive, person-centred practice.
These sessions provide a supportive space to explore how ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) may be showing up in your life, and to develop strategies that work for you. Coaching is collaborative and forward-focused, designed to help you better understand yourself and make meaningful, practical changes.
What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a strengths-based, structured approach that supports you to:
-
Understand how ADHD affects your day-to-day life — including work, relationships, and wellbeing
-
Manage energy, focus, and motivation
-
Reduce overwhelm and prevent burnout
-
Explore executive functioning challenges such as planning, organisation, and time management
-
Build confidence and develop self-advocacy skills
Coaching is not therapy — it's about helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and tools that fit your life.
How Sessions work
-
Coaching is available to adults (18+) and delivered online or in person (where possible)
-
Sessions are confidential and led by your goals and experiences
-
As I am still in training, sessions are offered at a reduced rate and with full transparency about my trainee status
-
I work under supervision as part of my training, ensuring ethical and reflective practice throughout
