Empowerment and Connection

Build your confidence as a parent while connecting with others to share experiences and discuss everyday life

What is the process?

Step 1: Initial Contact

  • Reach out to Sherri to express your interest in support

Step 2: Registration Form

  • You will receive a registration form to outline what you hope to gain from the sessions

Step 3: Introductory Zoom Call

  • A free 20-minute Zoom meeting will be arranged to meet Sherri and discuss whether you’d like to work together

Step 4: First Session & Planning

  • In your first full session, you will decide on the best approach for your support

  • This plan will be reviewed at least every six weeks to ensure the sessions continue to meet your needs

Step 5: Ongoing Support

  • There is no commitment to a fixed number of sessions—you can decide what works best for you

  • Regular reviews will help assess progress and adjust the approach as needed

Session Options

  • Sessions can be held in person at Sherri’s therapy room in Cheltenham, in your own home or online, depending on your preference.
