Adult Support
Support Tailored to You
Whether you prefer individual support for a personalised approach or group support to connect with others, you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
Both offer a safe, understanding space to explore your journey, gain insights, and find strategies that work for you.

Individual Support
Adults seek one-to-one support for many different reasons. Working individually with Sherri can help you:
-
Understand Your Unique Presentation – Explore how autism and/or ADHD affects you personally and whether a diagnosis might be right for you.
-
Identify Strengths & Challenges – Gain insight into your personal strengths and better understand any social, emotional, or workplace difficulties — including how to manage energy levels, avoid burnout, and navigate everyday demands more effectively.
-
Receive Advocacy & Support – Get help navigating meetings, communicating your needs, and explaining how your lived experience impacts daily life.
Every person’s journey is unique, which is why support with Sherri is fully tailored to your needs. From the initial conversation, the focus is on understanding what you hope to gain.
Join a Group
Receiving a diagnosis—at any age—can bring a mix of emotions and a desire to understand yourself better. Group sessions offer a supportive space to:
-
Explore Your Experience – Gain a deeper understanding of autism and how it relates to your past, present, and future.
-
Connect with Others – Share experiences with people who truly understand, reducing feelings of isolation.
-
Understand Your Unique Presentation – Learn more about how autism affects you personally and discover strategies that work for you.
Group support provides a sense of belonging, insight, and shared learning in a safe and welcoming environment.
Our 6-week small group programme explores, your unique strengths, differences and tools for everyday life in a safe environment. Sessions are online and there is no requirement to talk or have your camera on unless you want to. The chat function is enabled so you have the option to contribute non-verbally.
