Individual Support for Children

Every child is unique, and so is my approach.

I work with your child to help them understand themselves and navigate the world around them in a way that feels right for them.

I take a holistic approach, working closely with families and schools to ensure your child gets the support they need. Some children want to explore their differences and build self-acceptance, while others may need extra connection to recognise and embrace their unique strengths.

If your child is feeling overwhelmed, struggling with emotions or sensory challenges, or finding it hard to attend school and manage daily life, I’m here to help.

For younger children, I use play-based techniques to encourage communication, build awareness, and develop emotional and sensory regulation - all in a way that feels natural and supportive.

About Children’s Sessions

Child sessions vary dependant on your child’s age. For younger children this may mean an interest-led play-based approach to build their engagement in the world around them. I can support them to develop communication, shared enjoyment and support their emotional and sensory needs.

As a child grows older, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT based programmes dependant on their individual needs.  They may wish to understand themselves or aspects of the world around them.  I have worked with children to lower anxiety, identify and understand their emotions, navigate the social world or access education.
